FAQ and Policies & Procedures

Custom order invoices must be paid within 48 hours of email being sent out. Your item(s) will not be added to our listing until payment is received. If failure to pay within 48 hours your order will be canceled. Due to the nature of this tedious process, once payment is received and your items are in progress there isn't an option for cancellation. If you would like progress photos of your item(s) please specify at the time of purchase.

Please Note: this process is done in layers, once design process, and a layer of resin is added we cannot change the design. 

All sales are final. Tumblers are handmade and while I strive to provide you with the best, sometimes, handmade items have slight imperfections. If you're unhappy with your purchase please notify me within 48 hours of receiving your item.

We provide free shipping anywhere in the U.S. unless the item is specified otherwise. Please note this is subject to change. Shipping info will be updated within 3-5 business days after purchase for all ready to sell items. We are not responsible for items once in possession of United States Postal Service. To ensure your item makes it to the correct destination, you must review your shipping information before finalizing your purchase. Please refer to your email for tracking info. If you have any questions regarding your tracking info, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Custom Tumblers: 
You'll have creative control on the design of your tumbler. You choose: style/size, color, glitter, and decal options. The custom order tab listed on the site is straight-forward and easy to follow. Be sure to use a valid email when finalizing your order. Customs are opened once a month and closed once slots are filled. If a custom is needed for a special occasion please get your order is as early as possible to ensure it gets to you in time. 

Custom Turn Around Time is 21-28 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays, shipping time or delays in shipping. 


Ready to Ship Tumblers: 
Click on our products tab, then click on our Ready To Ship section to find a listing of all ready to ship tumblers, These are tumblers all designed and ready to go. These items are sold as-is. Some items may be subject to personalization if specified in the items description. 

Ready to Ship Turn Around Time is 3-5 business days. If personalization is added 5-10 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays, shipping time or delays in shipping.


Pre-Order Tumblers: 
These styles are either our most popular design, or limited edition designs. Pre-Orders will be posted and listed for a limited length of time. They are not allowed to be altered. The size/ style, color, and design will be exactly as listed. 

Pre-Order Turn Around Time is 21-28 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays, shipping time or delays in shipping. In some cases I have multiple pre-order styles on hand so you will receive your item faster. 



If for any reason TAT is expected to be longer, it'll be listed on our website and will be discussed before you confirm your purchase.

Our tumblers are stainless steel, double wall vacuumed sealed. It will keep your drink warm for 6+ hours and cold for up to 24 hours. Once prepped they are customized with high-quality paint, glitter, vinyl etc. and finished with partially plant based resin. You'll be receiving a carefully handmade tumbler with a high glass finish.

Each custom item is carefully designed and handmade with love. Our Turn around time/TAT may vary depending on the season or the amount of orders ahead of yours. Typically custom orders range between 21-28 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays, shipping time or delays in shipping. If for any reason TAT is expected to be longer, it'll be listed on our website and will be discussed before you confirm your purchase.
